Order Form We plan to feature an automated order form when the need arises. For now we ask that you E-mail us your order so we can quote you a price based on the quantity you order. Please include the following information in your message for each type of case you order: For in-stock orders: Item Code Quantity Depth ("Standard" or a custom measure) Base color (clear or black when offered) For custom orders: Item description, and photo (if available) Quantity Dimentions (length, width & height) For uniquely-shaped packages, additional measurements may be required Any desired customizations (black acrylic base, mirrored surfaces, Tru-view style, etc.) Please E-mail your request to oscardidier@prodigy.net.mx or oscardidier@hotmail.com and we will reply promptly with your total cost for the order.
